Britney Spears has shunned her family and instead sought the help of British photographer Adnan Ghalib after three drama filled days.

Spears is reportedly holed up with Ghalib, who she sees as her only true friend, in a rented Hollywood mansion with three more paps.

A source close to the singer told The Sun: “Britney is on the edge. It’s worrying — and ironic — that the only person she feels she can turn to is a paparazzo.

“It’s like the lamb going to stay with the wolfpack. Britney knows Adnan because he has followed her relentlessly for months.

“Her family are astonished a photographer is the person Britney turns to when she needs to step out of the media storm. She seems to think he’s her only friend in the world.

“They fear she has lost her grip on reality so much that she feels her only friends are the paparazzi.”

When discharging herself Britney reportedly told hospital staff she was moving to another clinic but instead took refuge with Adnan.

Meanwhile, Britney’s mother Lynne visited her sisters grave as she sought solice from the events surrounding her wayward daughter.
