St Trinian’s actress Gemma Arterton has reportedly been cast as the latest Bond Girl according to reports from Hollywood.

The Hollywood Reporter says 21 year old Arterton will take up the role of a character called Fields in the movie.

The film, which has the working title of Bond 22, is set for release in November and will once again see Daniel Craig taking up the main role.

According to a representative for the film’s producer, Danjag Productions, Arterton’s part will be “a nice sized role”.

Last week producer also confimed that French actor Mathieu Amalric will play Bond’s main enemy in the film.
