Britney Spears Rushed To Hospital

Britney Spears has been rushed to hospital following a dispute with police over the custody of her two children.

According to reports, the singer was under the influence of an unknown substance when police were called to her home in Los Angeles last night (January 3rd).

Jason Lee, a spokesperson for the police said the call involved a "family custodial dispute that we are trying to resolve peacefully by court order".

Yesterday, Britney finally turned up for her deposition at an L.A. court - more than a day late.

Afterwards, Mark Vincent Kaplan described Spears as "cooperative" but said, "I would've preferred it had gone on longer. [But] there has been no change in anything. It will be continued to another date, which I will not say at this time."

When asked if he got information he was looking for, Kaplan replied sarcastically, "In 14 minutes?"
