Kelly Rowland: 'Phone To Blame For Stage Collapse'

Kelly Rowland has blamed her collapse on stage in Africa last summer on late-night phone calls home.

The former Destiny’s Child singer was rushed to hospital in July after dramatically collapsing during a performance in Lagos, Nigeria.

Dehydration was the official reason given for her collapse at the time but Kelly now believes her cell phone may have been the culprit.

She explains: "I was exhausted. Not only that, but the time difference threw me off and I was jet-lagged.

"And I stayed up all night on the phone."
