Britney Spears failed to attend her deposition again yesterday.

The singer’s deposition in her custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline was rescheduled after she failed to show up in December because she was 'too ill.'

Later the same day she was spotted out partying into the early hours.

Meanwhile, Britney’s legal team has had enough off her erratic behaviour and has ditched their wayward client.

According to TMZ, the high-powered firm of Trope and Trope yesterday filed papers asking to withdraw as counsel.

In the legal documents, attorney Tara Scott from the firm wrote: "There has been a breakdown in communications between [Britney] and Trope and Trope making further representation of her interests impossible."

Last year, celebu-lawyer Laura Wasser quit as Britney’s legal counsel.

No word yet on whether Brit's found a replacement brave – or stupid – enough to take on a raging pop mess.
