Britney Spears Will Be Deposed 'Early Next Year'

Kevin Federline's lawyer Mark Vincent Kaplan has confirmed that Britney Spears will face her deposition early in the new year.

Kaplan is keen to move forward with his client's custody battle after Brit missed her first scheduled deposition date on December 12 due to “anxiety.”

He told People on Saturday: "Britney Spears will have her deposition early this year. We've got a lot to talk about."
 
Kaplan was unsympathetic to Britney after her initial no-show, saying at the time: "She was, in fact, out later that day and night. It's not fourth grade where you get a doctor's note and it's all okay."
