Heartbroken Vincent: Strictly Star Matt's Stolen Flavia!

Strictly Come Dancing’s Vincent Simone has told of his “heartbreak” after Flavia Cacace admitted she’s “fallen for” her dance partner Matt di Angelo.

Matt and Flavia’s close relationship prompted rumours it had moved off the dancefloor during their run to this month’s final, and now her real-life partner has admitted Matt has won her over.

He sobs to The People, “Matt has stolen the only woman I've ever loved. I feel empty and am beside myself. I've never felt like this before and all I want is to have her back.

“She's the love of my life and I thought we'd be together forever and get married but now I don't know what's going on.”

Vincent, who danced with Stephanie Beacham on the show, says he finally confronted Flavia at the show’s wrap party when he saw her “cuddling up” to the Eastenders actor.

“She cried and told me she'd fallen for him. She should have told me before and the fact that she didn't upset me more. I was so angry and upset with her, disappointed too,” he laments.

Vincent says he still hopes for a reconciliation with the 27-year-old, but is still hurting too much to know what to do.

He says, “I still want to dance with Flavia. I want to be her everything again - her lover, her dance partner and her friend.

“But realistically, she has broken my heart and ruined our relationship, so as much as I want to get back with her I know it wouldn't be easy. My emotions are too raw and wounds too fresh to think about anything like that.”
