Britney Spears To Nab Lindsay Lohan Movie Role?

Britney Spears is in talks to return to acting in new film ‘Memoirs Of A Medicated Child’.

Having failed to set the silver screen alight following her movie debut in 2002’s Crossroads (which we loved btw), Britney’s pop career is going so well she’s turning to acting again.

Director Tommy Parker has confirmed the 26-year-old is currently in negotiations to star as the girlfriend of a misdiagnosed mentally-ill patient.

He tells the New York Post, “As far as Britney's concerned, we're talking."

Ironically, producers turned to Britney after originally setting their sights on fellow party girl Lindsay Lohan for the role.
