Britney Spears’ tendency to ignore things (drug tests, custody visits etc) she doesn’t want to deal with has got the pop wreck into trouble again.
The singer’s former manager Johnny Wright alleges that Brit has failed to respond to a lawsuit over unpaid commissions he filed in October.
TV cameras caught the moment the singer was officially served with papers in a Beverly Hills car park but, according documents filed on 18 December and obtained by U.S. news show Extra, Brit has provided no official answer or plea.
Wright - who also managed pop acts like Justin Timberlake and the Backstreet Boys - he's owed commissions dating back to 2003.
He states the deal he struck with Brit doesn't run out until February 2008 but his former charge stopped paying in December 2006.
