Britney Spears is now facing  more legal woes after missing her custody hearing this week.

The troubled popstar is facing calls for sanctions from her ex-husband Kevin Federline's laywer, after missing a court-ordered appointment on Wednesday due to illness.

Spears' reason for failing to attend was brought into doubt after she was pictured later that day driving with a friend, with her case further weakened by the fact she's missed three such depostions recently.
