Sporting an unattended do and a frock to match, the self-proclaimed Queen of Pop looked a fright as she emerged from Cipriani restaurant late last night.

Earlier this week the 49-year-old sparked speculation that she was the A-List celebrity to go under the knife.

The singer was snapped leaving a New York Medical Centre sporting what looked like two black eyes, a claim her spokesperson strenuously denies.
