Troubled singer Amy Winehouse continued her downward spiral last night.

Sporting the same clothes as the previous night, the Rehab singer was snapped boozing at a restaurant (see pictures here) in Soho before emerging from the eatery with a mysterious white smear on her nose.

A bleary eyed Wino – who earlier that day visited her husband Blake Fielder-Civil in London's Pentonville Prison – stopped at a local shop for a sugar fix before spitting on the hoard of photographers that stood before her.

These pictures come just hours after the 24-year-old rubbished allegations she is using drugs, after photos of a suspicious-looking substance was found in the boot of her car.

But in a statement, Wino – who recently made a move to east London - explains that the contents of the clear bag are "in fact the driver's hand towels. Any implication or suggestion otherwise would be unfair."
