Amy Winehouse hit up central London last night in what appears to be the singers latest 24-hour bender.

The troubled singer was wearing the same clothes from the night before as she hit up Soho looking a little worse for wear.

The 24-year-old appeared to have a mysterious white blob on her nostril, which has fuelled further drug speculation.
