Kevin Federline wants mo’ money from Britney Spears, with new reports claiming the rapper will be heading back to a Los Angeles court to request more child support from his former pop-tart.
TMZ.com claim that Federline – who receives US $15,000 per month in child support calculated on a 50/50 custody agreement - will try to up the figure based on the fact that he currently holds full physical custody of the pairs two children Sean Preston 2, and Jayden James, 1.
The website also claims that Federline’s spousal support - which sees him receive US $20,000 from Spears based on their pre-nuptial agreement - ceased over two-weeks ago.
Both Spears and Federline are due back in court to battle out more terms and conditions of their custody agreement on January 23.
