Only a week after Britney Spears ran a red light which put her son’s safety into question, Kevin Federline’s driver has done the same thing at the exact same busy intersection with both Brit’s ex-husband and eldest child as passengers.
The dancer’s incident occured when he collected his son, Sean Preston, 2, from the Toxic singer.
A witness to K-Fed’s red-light dodge said: "The driver slowed a little but he was never going to stop, as you're supposed to.
"It's crazy that this should happen just days after Britney was banned for driving with the kids in the car. It seems the couple's young sons aren't safe with anyone behind the wheel!"
Spears was banned from driving her two sons by a Los Angeles judge on Friday November 16 as a result of her red light run.
Yesterday, Federline's lawyer Mark Kaplan urged the mother-of-two to avoid the media spotlight by staying home.
"No one feels good about anyone running a red light" said Kaplan "The unfortunate thing is when that kind of overwhelming presence of paparazzi happens with some frequency, people tend to make judgment calls which may or may not be the best.
"I think the best idea is to do whatever one can to avoid the opportunity for that to occur.
"My client (Federline) takes great means to not having the children with him in public and having paparazzi surround him."
