Joss Stone Blames UK Flop On America

Joss Stone has blamed her relocation to America for her unpopularity in her native Britain.

The 20-year-old singer's blames the relative flop of her second album in the UK on a backlash against her recording 'Mind, Body And Soul' in the States - which has leant her the much-ridiculed ridiculous American twang she exhibited at this Brit Awards.

She moans, "I felt kind of sad about it actually. It's funny because the only country that hasn't liked it is my own.

"It's just like, 'Well, thanks guys!' It's like coming home and having them be like, 'Go away, we don't like you!' It's the whole country and it's like they're mad at me for being in the US."

Or perhaps it's, like, just because of her hair-style, "Maybe it's because I dye my hair. But I've got to let it go and get on with my music."
