Fereidoun ‘Fred’ Khalilian, former business partner of Paris Hilton, has turned himself into the police to face rape charges.

The co-founder of Club Paris in Orlando stands accused of forcing himself onto a woman in her 20s in his home on Friday (9 Nov).

A SWAT team looking for Khalilian were unable to locate him during a raid on his house yesterday (14 Nov), but he later surrendered after consulting his lawyer.

Club Paris, the hip haunt he opened with Hilton in 2004 closed earlier this year due to a falling out between the two business partners. It has since reopened with a new name, Dolce.
