Renne Zellweger has admitted that she was delighted to read reports that she was dating Sir Paul McCartney, but sadly the rumours were not true.

The Bridget Jones’ Diary star had been impressed by the recent whisperings that she was romancing former Beatles star.
 
She tells People.com, "My God, that's like new news! But I have to say, I'm not disappointed. He's as lovely as I expected."
