Hilary Swank may be a top Hollywood player now, but that doesn’t keep her away from her ultimate bad habit – stealing shampoo from swanky hotels.

The star of Million Dollar Baby revealed that her background growing up in a Washington trailer park still affects her as an adult and she is stuck in old bad habits.

She says: "I find it really difficult to walk away from hotels and not take the little shampoos they give you. Because I travel so much, I have cupboards full of the little free shampoos.

"It's probably my worst habit. It's disgusting. I'm like 'Hilary, walk away from the shampoo.'"
