Sean 'Diddy' Combs will not face charges following accusations that he assaulted a man outside a New York City night club last month.
The music mogul was accused of twice punching Steven Acevedo outside Soho club, Kiosk, after the pair fell out over a woman, reports Reuters.
Benjamin Brafman, Coombs’ lawyer, said yesterday (November 6) that following a police investigation no arrests would be made.
"I want to commend the DA's office and the New York City Police Department for conducting a thorough and very fair investigation into this incident and not allowing this private disagreement between two acquaintances to turn into a criminal charge," Brafman explained.
Speaking about the incident last month, Coombs described himself as a “human being,” adding that everything had been blown out of proportion.
