Rosie O’Donnell is in talks to host a prime-time show on cable news channel MSNBC, according to TV execs.
Although no deal has been finalized, it’s thought that Rosie - who made an abrupt departure from The View earlier this year - may be pitted head-to-head with Larry King Live on CNN and Hannity & Colmes on Fox News.
The New York Times reports that Rosie may have alluded – in her usual cryptic style – to her potential new job during a speech at a book-signing on Sunday night in Miami.
She is said to have revealed that she would soon be competing against “the guy with the suspenders and the long, long face” - a cheeky reference to Mr. King.
