Paris Hilton is set to earn $1million for a night of partying when she replaces Lindsay Lohan as host of Las Vegas nightclub LAX's New Year's Eve bash.

An insider tells In Touch, "Paris is receiving the biggest payday ever for a one-night appearance in Vegas.

“Nobody draws a crowd like she does."

Lindsay was initially billed as guest of honour at the LAX party, but pulled out, reportedly because she is trying to shake her party-girl tag.

Her publicist said, "She is currently, focusing on her work and sobriety."
