Could Paris Be Jailed Again?

How’s this for a bizarre lawsuit - Paris Hilton is being sued for stealing someone else’s look.

Yep, you heard it right folks, native Californian, Nicolle O’Neill claims she is suffering “emotional distress” because her image status has been robbed by the heiress.

In the personal injury complaint, that was filed earlier this month at Los Angeles Superior Court, O’Neill claims that the Simple Life star ripped off her style, including fashion-related “Patens” (sic) and “stiling” (sic) tips.

The two page complaint also claims that Hilton stole the idea of flashing underwear and shopping in vintage clothes for retro dresses.

Hilton has made no comment on the matter so far.
