Britney Spears was pulled over by police in the early hours of this morning after a night of hard-partying at L.A. club Winstons.

The pop mess and side kick Ali Simms were stopped by an L.A. sheriff and let off with a warning for what is believed to be a minor infraction.

TMZ reports that Ali was overheard telling the officer, “We’ll get one this week, she just got this,” as Britney looked on confused in the passenger seat.

The website speculates that Brit's temporary tags have expired.
