Owen Wilson has taken his first tentative steps back into public life this weekend, giving fans hope he is well on the road to recovery.
The Wedding Crashers actor - who gave his first interview on Friday with pal Wes Anderson - was spotted on Saturday going to dinner with friends at celebrity haunt Mr Chow's in Beverly Hills.
The following night he attended a party at the Museum of Contemporary Arts, also in Los Angeles.
The troubled star had been living a near-hermit-like existence, following events in August which saw him slash his wrists at his Santa Monica home and taken to hospital.
