Dina Lohan Reality TV Show To Start Shooting

Dina Lohan has revealed that the reality TV series starring herself and Lindsay’s younger sister Ali will begin shooting on October 30.

In an interview with People, the ever-vocal Dina explains the purpose behind the E! show, which will start by filming the family in New York City and Long Island, N.Y.

“There are so many misconceptions about me and my family,” says Dina. “I’m setting the record straight.”

The as-yet untitled show will follow the Lohan matriarch and Lindsay's former party pal as she emabarks on a career as a talent manager.

She says: “It won’t just be following my family around like other shows. It’ll show me cultivating careers, going to soccer practice. I’m a big supporter of domestic violence charities, so they’ll show that.

“Then they’ll show (son) Cody at soccer practice. Ali going to school and in the studio. It’ll encompass everything. You’ll see me having five business meetings in the city.”

“We want it just to be real. It’s okay if it’s not as crazy as the tabloids make it.”

But the question that everyone – including E! we suspect – wants to know the answer to is: will Lindsay be making an appearance on mommy's show?

“Lindsay is a family member and will lend a helping hand if Ali asks her, when she’s in the recording studio,” says Dina.
