Marc Anthony Confirms J.Lo Pregnancy

Marc Anthony dropped a hint about Jennifer Lopez’s rumoured pregnancy at a recent L.A. concert that was as subtle as his wife’s increasingly obvious baby bump.

Anthony caused a stir when he made a revealing song dedication to his wife.

"It's a real personal song. This song has a whole new significance," he said, before launching into Journey's Faithfully.

After telling fans that the song had "quite a special significance," the crowd erupted when he sang the not-so-cryptic lyrics: "They say that the road ain't no place to start a family…"

Lopez may still be keeping mum on the mummy rumours but her growing belly continues to give the game away.

As one concert-goer put it to People as they left the Staples Centre: "She's so pregnant!"
