Posh Spice Gets Four Whole Lines On New Single

We can't wait!

Sunday 21st Oct 2007

Victoria Beckham gets to sing four lines on her own on the Spice Girls' comeback single - although she does have to share one of them with Mel B.

Posh Spice was more noted for bringing chic outfits and her trademark 'finger-point-at-the-camera' move than her singing talents to the Spice Girls during their prime.

But Victoria has been entrusted with four whole lines - a full fifteen seconds - for 'Headlines (Friendship Never Ends)'.

Despite Geri Halliwell getting the whole first verse to herself, a spokesperson for the band explains, "The verses have all been shared out equally among the five members and they all sing together on the chorus."

Poll  Who's the best singer?

Geri

Victoria

Mel C

Mel B

Emma

  • This is a Geri/Emma stint! From day one. They took away lines from Posh and didn’t care if Mel C was part of the project as we all know that she was the last to be asked in, onto the project. Posh was always put behind on so many tracks, hardly anything on ’say you’ll be there’ and ‘wannabe’. Geri hardly mentioned either one of them when spilled on GMTV. I LOVE THESE GIRLS BUT JUST THE MUSIC NOT WHO SUNG WHAT!
