Earlier on Entertainmentwise reported that Spears was spotted leaving a medical building in Beverly Hills yesterday fiercely shielding her mouth from the hoard of paparazzi surronding her car.
It has since been speculated that the Toxic singer underwent a lip enhancement at the clinic and pictures appear to confirm the guesswork.
