Britney Spears was reportedly overheard calling the judge presiding over her custody case “an old fart” recently.
Britney was in Beverly Hills department store, Neiman Marcus, on October 11 when she started taking a pop at L.A. County commissioner Scott M. Gordon – in tones loud enough for other shoppers and a Us reporter to hear.
The pop wreck allegedly said: "I hate my judge. He is so mean. Just an old fart. He told me I was being catty with him, but he was being catty with me and paid me no respect at all."
"His job is to sit there and tell people what to do. And that's just so sad, because he gets off on it."
The singer then turned up the craziness a notch by trying to get her dog London delivered to her by courier.
When her assistant Bret reminded her that the Yorkie was over 25 miles away in Malibu, Brit reportedly replied: "Fuck that. That will take us an hour to drive there. Can't we have the dog messengered over?"
