Britney Spears: Mexican Lip Service!

Britney Spears has fuelled speculation that she underwent cosmetic enhancements yesterday when she was spotted leaving a medical office in Beverly Hills sporting noticeably larger lips.

The pop-mess made it her duty to cover her lips from the frenzy of flashing bulbs that stood before her, until she awkwardly ran over a snapper’s foot.

Earlier on Spears was snapped at a Mexican restaurant in Los Angeles, where she was surrounded by her usual hoard of persistent photographers.

The pop-tart lapped up the attention as she carelessly and rather grotesquely ate her food within lens reach of paparazzi, who caught her every move...
