Police investigating the car collision involving Nick Hogan have revealed that they are awaiting the results of a drug and alcohol test to determine whether they are going to press charges against the teenager.
The 17-year-old lost control of his father, wrestler Hulk Hogan's Toyota Supra on a Florida highway in August this year.
According to officials, the vehicle flipped at high speed and collided with a palm tree.
A police report released to the media on Tuesday reveals Hogan - whose real name is Nick Bollea - "disregarded other traffic control".
It also suggests that cops are waiting to see if Bollea – whose 22-year-old passenger and friend U.S. Marine John Graziano, suffered permanent brain damage - was intoxicated at the time.
