Orlando Bloom Under Investigation For 'Hit And Run'

Reports have emerged claiming that actor Orlando Bloom is being investigated by Los Angles Police and could face the possibility of a hit and run charge after his car collision on Friday.

According to a traffic report Bloom was driving a black Matrix when he hit into a Porsche Cayenne at 2.15am in Hollywood. 

Although Bloom reported the crash to authorities – paparazzi at the scene of the accident have footage of the 31-year-old actor walking away from the collision.

In video footage that has since appeared on TV news shows, a photographer can be heard urging Bloom to return to the crash site or risk a hit and run charge.

The snapper urges: "You have to deal with this. Seriously.

Eventually, the actor – who was visibly shaken - turns around and walks back to his friend's garbled car.

LAPD released a statement revealing that Bloom was not under the influence of drugs or alcohol when he crashed - but they are looking at the possibility that he committed a hit and run, according to TMZ.com.

Stylist Cher Coulter, one of the two women in the car with Bloom when he crashed, suffered a fractured neck.

The actor has since claimed that a paparazzi vehicle cut him off causing the crash.
