Rafaeli is fuming after newspaper Yedioth Ahronoth claimed the beauty was thrilled to have skipped national service.
The model is alleged to have said, "I am not sorry for not serving in the army ... Why is it good to die for our country? Isn't it better to live in New York?", reported the New York Daily News.
However, Rafaeli's lawyer Dror Arad Alon claims the quotes are false and that she was "wickedly manipulated by the newspaper's reporter and editors."
