Michelle Rodriguez has been sentenced to 180 days in LA County Jail.

She will also have to serve three full days doing CalTrans clean-up work, picking up rubbish from the side of the road.

The Lost actress was on probation for a number of crimes, including DUI and hit and run.
 
The judge said that Rodriguez "admitted violating her probation by failing to provide proof of completion of her community service and for consuming alcohol three times while wearing an alcohol monitoring device."

He also said that she should not be released to "work furlough or electronic monitoring and is not to be granted early release."

Rodriguez, will have to start her sentence by December 24, 2007, so she will be enjoying a nice slab of turkey while inside the slammer.
