The battle for domination in the newly reformed Spice Girls has been reignited by a supposed row over which new material will make their Greatest Hits CD.

Geri Halliwell has reportedly objected to the inclusion of two new tracks written by band mate Mel C on the upcoming record.

This follows reports that shrinking stars Geri and Mel B are engaged in a ‘weight war’ as both pull out all the stops to be in the best shape ever ready for their return to the stage later this year.

This week Geri flaunted the results of her daily workouts as she sashayed down the red carpet in a figure-enhancing dress at a charity bash.

Meanwhile, Mel B has reportedly lost two stone following the birth of her child thanks to dieting and regular 90-minute training sessions.
