Nicholas Cage Confronts Intruder

Hollywood actor Nicholas Cage confronted an intruder in the early hours of Monday (October 1) morning - when he awoke to find a man prowling around his California property.

The Oscar winning actor called a security guard at his gated community in Newport Beach after spotting tailor Robert Furo walking inside his home while wearing one of his jackets.

Newport Police confirm that they received the emergency call from a gate guard at 1:27 AM and arrested Furo shortly after.

According to reports Cage’s wife and son were also in the home at the time of the incident.

Furo was arrested at 2am and has been charged with burglary. He pleaded not guilty at the arraignment and is being held on US $50,000 bail.
