Kate Moss Made Pete Doherty's Drug Addiction Worse

Pete Doherty has been in rehab for the past six weeks battling his drug addiction, and during some therapy session he has claimed that ex-girlfriend Kate Moss and her over-powering ways made his dependency on drugs worse.

While they were together Kate often had a tight leash on Pete which led to many arguments between the pair.

A source close to the singer tells the Daily Star: “It looks like he’s clean at last and he really does want to start again, and that means not going back to Kate… no matter how much he loves her.

“He’s also realised through therapy in rehab, that being subordinated in the relationship like a naughty child exacerbates his addiction problem.

“For him to agree to follow Kate’s rules, bearing in mind that she’s older and much more successful, would mean losing control and weakening towards drugs.”

The Babyshambles singer has been clean since the time he began his stint in rehab six weeks ago.
