Reports are beginning to emerge about dramatic events that took place last night shortly after Britney Spears arrived at the Peninsula Hotel in Beverly Hills.

The pop wreck brought her paparazzi entourage with her to the hotel after handing over her sons to ex-husband Kevin Federline as per yesterday’s court order.

It’s now being claimed that one or more snappers were arrested after a photo agency crew broke into the hotel and attacked a security guard.

According to TMZ (who were at the scene but have not reported on any arrests being made):

“It was pure chaos outside the five star hotel last night, with panicked security chasing photogs off the property as Spears checked in.

"TMZ shot video of a car leaving the scene at a high rate of speed, allegedly with the assault suspect inside.”
