Helena Christensen has rubbished reports she is dating Heath Ledger.

The Danish supermodel was linked to the Dark Knight actor shortly after his split from Michelle Williams earlier this month, after the pair were spotted out and about together around New York.

However, Helena has branded the claims "annoying".

She says: "It is so annoying. I can't even tell you. The funny thing is that they write, 'Just out of a relationship with Josh Hartnett and now with Heath'.

"Josh is one of my dearest friends...And in several different tabloids they wrote that we were biting each other's faces off or something like that."
