Hugh Grant's on-off relationship with Jemima Khan seems to be definitely off after she was spotted romancing a new man.

Khan is said to have been secretly seeing Camilla Parker Bowles's nephew Ben Elliot, and is now said to be only "friends" with Grant despite recent rumours of engagement.

The 33-year-old heiress was seen partying with Elliot at exclusive London nightclub Makiki this month.

An eye-witness tells the Mail On Sunday, "Jemima was all over Ben, they looked very natural together.

"They were incredibly close. They were only there for about half an hour but their body language spoke volumes. It looked more intense than just a friendly chat.

"She had her hand on Ben's knee at one point and was constantly whispering in his ear. They were getting on famously."

Jemima had reconciled with Grant earlier this year after their original relationship over the actor's reported refusal to commit.
