Owen Wilson 'Doing Really Well'

Owen Wilson is "doing really well" following his suicide attempt, according to his movie buddy Ben Stiller.

Stiller, who starred alongside Wilson in films such as Starsky & Hutch and The Royal Tenenbaums, told chat show host Ellen DeGeneres yesterday that Wilson was recovering well from his ordeal.

He said, "He's doing really well. I sort of like to protect his privacy, 'cause I feel like it's his own thing.

"But he's a really good friend of mine. He's an incredible guy and I wish him as everybody does, all the best."
