The Simpson sisters. They are not like their fellow young contemporaries Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears. And there is a reason why Jessica and Ashlee are not wild and off the rails according to their father and manager Joe Simpson.
Speaking to Fox news, he says: "We have a real family. You can’t just put these kids out in the world and they’re on their own. I can remember a time when Jessica was singing at Madison Square Garden and her outfit ripped before she went on. We were there for her."
Sounds a little dodgy if you ask us. So what else did Papa Simpson have to say? Well he talked about their choice of men: "I don’t tell my girls who to date or marry or what to do."
Well that’s obvious - a boy bander in the form of Nick Lachey and emo king Pete Wentz? We wouldn’t wish for that for our daughters. But we guess it’s better than Britney’s K-Fed or Lindsay’s bevy of boys.
