The car drama is just never ending for Lindsay Lohan. She is being sued (yet again) alongside her bodyguard for an illegal U-turn which caused a collision.

E! Online reports that the incident happened in April, when Lindsay made an illegal U-turn while driving along Fairfax Avenue infront of Signe Dupuy.

Lindsay�s bodyguard Jazman Bennett who was trailing behind the Mean Girls actress then followed her - but in the process collided with Dupuy.

Dupuy then got out of the car and claims that Lindsay stopped and glared at her before driving off.

Bennett then gave Dupuy a fake name and number when she asked for his license and insurance information.

It doesn�t bode well for Lindsay does it. Her recklessness is rubbing off on all around her! She is due in small claims court in September.
