The plastic surgery addict has confessed that she wants to go back to how she used to look � claiming that a botched procedure has left her less than impressed with her look.

�My mouth still looks wonky. I think I gotta go back to Paris to the doctor � he fixes bad surgery.�

The gaunt looking 43-year-old, was spotted leaving a plastic surgeons office in L.A. earlier this month.
