David Hasselhoff has finally seen the light and swapped boozing for bible bashing following the public humiliation of the home-video showing him drunkenly eating a burger off the floor.

The Hoff is now taking it one day at a time with Jesus and used his 55th birthday to preach the good Lord�s word.

�I�m lucky I�ve reached this age,� he said. �If I�d carried on the way I was, I�d be dead. But I thank God for giving me strength.
