Jade Goody has admitted that she contemplated taking her own life following the Celebrity Big Brother race row.

Jade says that the only reason that she didn�t go through with it was because of her two young sons, Freddy, two, and Bobby Jack, four.

�I had bad depression,� Jade tells Piers Morgan on his new show You Can�t Fire Me I�m Famous. �I was on sleeping pills and on suicide watch. It�s the worst thing a mother can say, �There�s no hope�.

�But I snapped out of that quickly because I�ve got kids and they are my life.�

Jade�s TV career was hit after she was accused of bullying Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty during this year�s Celebrity Big Brother.
