The pair were spotted holding hands at a Las Vegas nightclub where Lindsay was celebrating finishing her latest rehab stint, and were spied leaving together in his luxury Roller.
Last month, Criss was forced to defend his reputation over claims by his soon-to-be ex-wife that he cheated on her with Cameron Diaz.
Meanwhile, Lindsay is back to her hard-partying ways but with a difference � she must wear an anklet to monitor her alcohol consumption.
