Thierry Henry is facing a record-breaking divorce pay-out after calling it quits on his four-year marriage to Claire Merry.
The ex-model is set to receive a large portion of the former Arsenal captain�s �25 million fortune - as well as a chunk of his future earnings.
Merry could earn an estimated �10 million from divorce proceedings, thanks to Henry�s high-priced move to Barcelona.
Henry has hired zenith law firm Mischon de Raya, the same lawyer�s who represented Princess Diana and Heather Mills.
The soccer ace was quoted in yesterday's Sun newspaper as wanting to get away from "everything English" including his wife - but his lawyer has challenged the claims, saying;
�Thierry would like to stress that contrary to reports in the press, his move to Barcelona was entirely for footballing reasons.��
