After two fans were injured by pyrotechnics gone awry at her St. Louis concert on Sunday, Beyonce made a low key visit to the ER to see how they were doing.
The Beyonce followers had to be taken to the hospital for minor injuries after pyrotechnics meant for the stage strayed into the front row seats at St. Louis Scottrade Center, according to the Associated Press.
Concerned about her fans, Beyonce took time out of her schedule to make a 45 minute visit to Barnes-Jewish Hospital and personally make sure the fans were all right.
She was just very concerned about the people injured in the audience," hospital head nurse Darryl Williams said.
"It was unannounced and we kept it very low-key so that she could spend time with them."
"I just thought it was a great thing for someone of her stature to do," he added.
The fans are expected to make a full recovery.
